CEO & Director of Global Operations
Mitch, who is third generation retail distribution and manufacturing with an enviable specialization in consumer products, has enjoyed more than 25 years in the retail industry, spanning several categories of consumer products including: lawn and garden, hardware and more recently sports nutrition, dietary supplements and beverages. Over that time, he has represented companies such as: Igloo, Rubbermaid, Sunbeam, Remington, Ames, Chapin, Paramont, Miracle-Gro and Desa International. He also successfully launched a wide variety of products from concept to shelf. His products can be found in such prestigious magazines as: Time, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, People, US, and U.S. News & World Report. Mitch has placed new entrepreneurs, as well as major companies, into some of the most sought-after markets and accounts in the country, including Wal-Mart USA, Wal-Mart International, Sam’s Club, Costco, GNC, Tree of Life, Albertson's, Fred Myer, Eckerd's, Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, K-Mart, 7- Eleven, Target, Miejers, Fred's, Brooks, Long's, Happy Harry's, Home Depot, Lowes, Menards
Darin Johnson

Darin brings over 14 years of experience in the Natural health food market. Well versed in Sales, Marketing and operations. Former positions have included Director of Sales and Operations for Odwalla Inc, Corp. sales manager for Flora Inc. Covering over 40 countries worldwide including North America. Involved in product inception to full roll out of finished product into six thousand health food stores in North America alone. Darin understands the challenges of companies seeking to expand distribution in North America.
Brian Gould
VP Business Development
Brian is fourth generation manufacturing and retail distribution. His background includes management at Home Base, a Southern California home center chain owned by WABAN. Brian has represented several companies to Home Depot, such as, Cal Plastics, Dynamic Designs, Diamond to name a few. He has an in-depth understanding of the objectives, goals and challenges that today's manufacturers face. Brian is highly familiar with the Dietary Health Supplement, Functional Food, and Nutritional Beverage Industries, and played an instrumental role in developing, and launching several consumer product lines from concept to shelf. He has assisted manufactures in the placement of nutraceutical products into accounts such as: Wal-Mart ,Tree of Life, 7-Eleven, Amazon.com, and drugstore.com to name a few.
Michael Myrthil
Director of International Business Development
Michael brings the NPI team over 12 years of sales and marketing experience. He brings an indepth knowledge of the Dietary Health Supplement, Functional Food, and Nutritional Beverage Industries. Mike has successfully been involved with several new product launches into the millions of dollars. Mikes enthusiasm and desire to help clients obtain their goals is unsurpassed in the industry.
Mark Doyle
North America Business Development
Mark Doyle has over 20 years of diversified industry experience in strategic business management, global product management, marketing, advertising, and management consulting. Mark brings proven skills to the team including a strong strategic knowledge of planning and launching products into new markets. Mark was the General Manager for Millennium Health Supplements, a firm that markets Nutraceutical Products. He was instrumental in bringing the world’s first Hoodia Protein Bar to market internationally along with the world’s first Certified Organic Hoodia. As Global Product Manager for Signtech, Mark was a key member of the international management team which led fiscal growth from $2 million to $36 million over 10 years. He has interacted with many different business cultures in over 20 countries on every continent. In 2007, Mark completed his Executive MBA with a GPA rating of 3.92.

Sue brings over 23 years of experience in the retail consumer product industry from retail merchandiser / sales rep to space management, replenishment buyer, sales technology, account sales, account executive, and business development. Sue brings an in-depth understanding of the retail consumer market from operations to headquarter account presentations. Sue has represented some of the largest consumer manufactures in the industry.

Richard has an indepth knowledge of the retail industry, spanning several categories of consumer products. Mr. Rubino has an in-depth understanding of the objectives, goals and challenges that today's manufacturers face. He is a graduate of Stetson University with a degree in finance and received his J.D from the University of Florida. Rick is well respected in the legal community, as he has been practicing law for over 20 years.. Richard has successfully been involved with several new product launches into the millions of dollars.

She also has made many valuable contributions to the Grammys, Oscars, Hard Rock Café and House of Blues, and has successfully put together national print media campaigns for various nutritional supplement companies and Nutraceutical beverages.
Robert J. Hantman
Director Of Business Affairs
Attorney Robert J. Hantman brings more than 30 years of experience to the NPI board of directors. As legal counsel for NPI, he will play an essential role to assisting the company's foreign partners with establishing themselves in the U.S. market.
Hantman, a native of Newark, N.J., has law degrees from Hebrew University in Jerusalem (1972) and the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Fla. (1975), where he ranked in the top one-third in the National Multi-State Bar Exam. He is a current member of the New York State, New Jersey State, Pennsylvania and Federal Bar Associations; the Florida Bar; the New York City Criminal Defense Bar; the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys; the American Association for Justice and the New York County Lawyers Association. Since 1992, he has been Of Counsel to the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, providing legal advice to the Foreign Ministry and to the Colombian Consulate regarding United States laws and procedures.
Hantman is the head of the New York-based Hantman & Associates, which has affiliated offices in New Jersey and Florida. The firm specializes in civil and legal litigation, real estate, fashion and entertainment, intellectual property and international law, mergers and acquisitions, among other areas of legal practice.
Hantman's firm has worked cases involving such notables as actor Steven Seagal, TV talk show host Montel Williams, hockey star Jeremy Roenick, model/actress Anna Nicole Smith and the New York Yankees.

regulatory matters before the FDA, FTC and other government agencies.
Vince also represents supplement companies in business transactions
and litigation, including intellectual property matters such as
trademarks, trade secrets and unfair trade practices, as well as
insurance, products liability, employment and commercial litigation
matters.

Elvis R. Rivera has over 24 years of diversified accounting and financial experience across the managerial, operational, and overall business development activities in comprehensive, billion dollar accounting/investment disciplines, coupled with his formal education, has provided him with highly effective skills in this field. Strong analytical/financial skills, competence in problem-solving, and the ability to accurately plan, coordinate, and direct financial/accounting for optimum effectiveness, highlight his professional qualities.
Prior to moving from New York City to Florida he held key accounting/financial positions at major fortune 500 companies such as Met Life with total assets of $535.0 billion, New York Life with total assets of $198.0 billion and Axa Group a World Wide Company with total assets of $638.0 billion. During his career there are three accomplishments that he is most proud of, including helping New York Life to stay as a mutual company instead of going public back in 1998, the implementation of PeopleSoft Enterprise Accounting Solution Worldwide for AXA Group and the starting up the financial team for AXA Re Life the first life reinsurance company for AXA Group in the USA. In addition, to his accomplishments Elvis is a 1st Degree Black Belt in Japanese Goju Ryu Karate and has appeared on Good Morning America with Grand Master Aaron Banks Promoter and 10th Degree Black Belt.
